Middlebury, VT -
This is a private residence utilizing the principles of organic architecture on a35 acre, family owned property. The homes construction was assisted in by the owners. Pre-stressed concrete panel modules and molds were made for various architectural components by the owners, throughout the project.
Features such ponds, a 43 ft. height waterfall and a 350 ft. long stream, are intertwined around the house. Dramatic stone outcroppings and the integration of architectural elements such as pergolas, terraces and hand laid stone drip edges, join the architecture with the site.
